La cultura italiana a Malta
“We follow the tiny drop of water from Dingli which was brought to Valletta by the Knights of Saint John. From Dingli they built acqueducts which  supplied 1,400 m3 (49,000 cu ft) of water every day to around 30,000 people.
We start off with the statue of Dante Alighieri in Floriana and then pass by the parliament built by Renzo Piano, stop by the fountain of water ( Omnibus Idem  – we are all the same) , then past the Chapel of Santa Caterina and through Strada Mercanti past the Auberge d’Italie, stop at Anastasi and learn about the Panini stickers in Malta. The highlight of the day is the visit at St.John’s Co-Cathedral admiring the marvellous paintings of Mattia Preti and Caravaggio.
We end the day with some Italian food: Pasta, Pizza and a lovely cornetto and ciccolata calda. ” – R.Theuma

“An activity held at our school – students had to learn different things about Italian, the culture and its geography. Our school did not win but the students had so much fun and they learnt a little bit more about Italy and its culture. “R.Theuma

Gita a Valletta

“One of the many activities organised by the Italian Department with the collaboration of the History Department. We enjoyed two hours discovering the treasures of Valletta with an Italian historical background.” – R.Theuma
